1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
- You cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of course content.
- A masterclass or challenge is canceled or rescheduled by Solterium Dynamics and you cannot attend the new date.
- You experience technical issues that prevent access to purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve them.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed courses or masterclasses
- Portfolio creation and showcasing services once published
- Promotional discounts or limited-time offers
- Digital materials already downloaded or accessed
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@solteriumdynamics.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Exceptions
In extraordinary circumstances (such as medical emergencies or force majeure events), Solterium Dynamics may, at its discretion, grant partial or full refunds outside the standard policy.
